The Red Cross is one of the organizations mobilizing resources to ensure that aid reaches those in need, not only by providing shelter, food or emergency supplies, but also by providing one of the scarcest resources in times of conflict: cash. The Red Cross does this through AccessRC, an app that leverages technology to deliver financial assistance to displaced people, enabling them to meet their basic needs.
